Dr. Joshua R. Britt was born in Hattiesburg, Celebration Orthopedics and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Britt attended Southeastern Louisiana University and earned an undergraduate degree in biochemistry.
Dr. Britt attended Barry University's School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. After medical school, he completed his residency training at the Florida Hospital East Orlando Podiatric Medicine and Surgery program.
Dr. Britt has focused on foot pain treatment and sports medicine; partnering with running clubs to prevent and treat running related injuries. Dr. Britt specializes in trauma, sports medicine, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, pediatric foot issues, and general foot health care.
Dr. Britt enjoys golfing, soccer, traveling and running, including mud and road races. He mostly enjoys just spending time with his wife and their two dogs. Dr. Britt also spent two years in Mendoza, Argentina on a service mission and speaks fluent Spanish.
