José Humberto Jiménez-Almonte, M.D., M.S.

Dr. Jimenez was born in Puerto Rico. He is bilingual in Spanish and English. In his free time he enjoys to spend time with his wife and children. He also coaches his son’s baseball team and practice martial arts.

Dr. Jiménez-Almonte is one of the few dual-fellowship trained spine surgeons in the United States. His passion is to help his patients return to a pain free, active lifestyle.

He is part of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Jimenez specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery. He is on the forefront of spine surgery and offers the most innovative, minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical treatments; including robotic surgery, microdiscetomy, motion preserving, non-fusion outpatient surgery which results in smaller incisions, faster recovery and better patient outcomes.
